Walmart is planning the more than 1 million-square-foot distribution center in the AllianceTexas development.
The huge warehousing center is in the works n the Westport 11 building at 14700 Blue Mound Road, according to Fort Worth building permits.
The massive warehouse was recently built by developer Hillwood and is near the Alliance Airport and the BNSF Railway intermodal facility.
Other companies including UPS, Amazon and FedEx have shipping centers in the same area.
